INGREDIENTS

  • Package of medium Del Pacifico blue shrimp (26/30,31-35,36-40) 1 lb.
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Serrano chilies
  • 1/2 Purple onion
  • 1/2 Cup of cilantro
  • 1/2Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Package of tostadas
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Peel shrimp, reserve.
  2. Peel and cut cucumber and put the purple onion in slices.
  3. Put the serrano chilies in teh blender with the lime juice,and mix thoroughly. Add salt.
  4. Marinate the shrimp inte he previous mix for 3 minutes, add the purple onion, cucumer and cilantro. Putr salt and pepper all over.
  5. Serve with tostadas.
