INGREDIENTS
- Package of smallDel Pacifico blue shrimp (41/50,/51-60,61-70) 1 lb.
- 1/2 Purple onion
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Mango
- 1 Medium size avocado
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro
- 1 Tbsp of orange juice
- 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1 Tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 Package of tostadas
PREPARATION
- Toast all the spices in a hot pan.
- Put spices, herbs, garlic, onion, jalapeños,and ginger in the food processor and mix for 30 minutes
- Sauté the precious mix in a hot skillet with oil, add the coconut cream and the fish sauce.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Season the shrimp and thread onto the skewers.
- Grill in a very hot skillet with a bit of oil.
