INGREDIENTS
- Package of large (U15,21-25,16-20) Del Pacifico Blue Shrimp 1 lb
- 2 tbs of finely chopped onion
- 4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- Zest of 3 lemons
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
- Cheese
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Package of tagliatelle
PREPARATION
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
- Peel the shirmp, marinate with half of the lemon zest and garlic.
- Drop the tagliatalle into the boiling water. Cook paste according to package directions. Drain.Squeeze 2 of the lemons zest and garlic.
- Heat half of the butter and olive oil in a skillet and add the ramining lemon zest and garlic.
- Add the heavy cream and cook for 10 minutes. Add the juice of the remaining lemon. Reserve.
- Heat the remaning butter and olive oil in the skillet.Sear the shrimp.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce and the shirmp, add shredded parmesan cheese on top.
