INGREDIENTS

  • Package of large Del Pacifico blue shrimp 1 lb.
  • 1 Cup of lemongrass
  • 6 Gatlic cloves
  • 1 Tsp of ginger
  • 2 Jalapeños
  • 1/2 Cup of onion
  • 1/2 Basil
  • 1/2 Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of Cilantro seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 2 Cups unsweetened
  • Coconut milkli>
  • 1 Package of wooden skewers

PREPARATION

  1. Toast all the spices in a hot pan.
  2. Put spices, herbs, garlic, onion, jalapeños,and ginger in the food processor and mix for 30 minutes
  3. Sauté the precious mix in a hot skillet with oil, add the coconut cream and the fish sauce.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Season the shrimp and thread onto the skewers.
  6. Grill in a very hot skillet with a bit of oil.
  7. Serve with the Thai coconut curry
