INGREDIENTS
- Package of large Del Pacifico blue shrimp 1 lb.
- 1 Cup of lemongrass
- 6 Gatlic cloves
- 1 Tsp of ginger
- 2 Jalapeños
- 1/2 Cup of onion
- 1/2 Basil
- 1/2 Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp of cumin
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of Cilantro seeds
- 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce (nam pla)
- 2 Cups unsweetened
- Coconut milkli>
- 1 Package of wooden skewers
PREPARATION
- Toast all the spices in a hot pan.
- Put spices, herbs, garlic, onion, jalapeños,and ginger in the food processor and mix for 30 minutes
- Sauté the precious mix in a hot skillet with oil, add the coconut cream and the fish sauce.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Season the shrimp and thread onto the skewers.
- Grill in a very hot skillet with a bit of oil.
