INGREDIENTS
- 9 Oz of Package of large Del Pacifico blue shrimp1 lbp&d 26/30
- 8 Oz pizza dough
- 9 Oz mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Cup of pizza sauce
- 8 Oz of bell pepper
- 7 Oz of onion
- 2 Oz black olives
PREPARATION
- Cut the vegetables, the olives into slices, the bell pepper into medium juliennes and the onion into half moons.
- Season the shrimp, and put them in a hot frying pan and sauté a little without letting them overcook
- We take the pizza dough and stretch it with the rolling pin in such a way that it is round and we put it on the tray and with a fork we chop the dough very well.
- Preheat the oven to 250C° C, wait 10 minutes and put the pizza dough in and remove it after 15 minutes.
- We put sauce, cheese, vegetables, and shrimp.
- We leave the pizza for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts very well.
- We retire and split into 8 pieces.
