INGREDIENTS
- 9 Oz of Package of large Del Pacifico blue shrimp 1 lb p&d tail off 26/30
- Package of fettuccini pasta 1/2 lb
- 9 Oz Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Cup of Liquid cream
- 1/3 Cup of white wine
- 1/2 Tsp Powdered nutmeg
- 1/2 Tsp of Salt
- 1/2 Tsp pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
PREPARATION
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- We heat a frying pan to place the shrimp, we wait for them to cook but not completely to remove them.
- Deglaze with wine and add cream, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg, add the pasta and shrimp and stir.
- We finish with Parmesan cheese and serve in a pan placing the shrimp on top.
