INGREDIENTS
- 1 Package of large Del Pacifico shrimp
- 6 Garlic cloves
- 1 Stick of butter
- 1 Tbsp of chopped rosemary
- 3 Bell peppers
- 2 Onions
- 1 Pineapple
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION
- Peel shrimp, reserve.
- Chop the garlic and rosemary and cook in the butter until garlic is soft, let it cool down.
- Cut the vegetables and the pineapple in 1 inch squares.
- Season everything with salt and papper and a little of the butter mix.
- Thread the shrimps, pineappel and vegetables onto the skewers.
- Cook in a hot cast iron skillet or a grill, for 3-3 mins each side until they change color.
- Serve hot.
