New products are on their way to Seafood Expo North America thanks to Del Pacifico Seafoods.
The company will debut its new line of farm-raised shrimp and oysters at the Boston Seafood Show on March 13-15. Alongside the farm-raised products, the company is going to debut white snook, a white fish native to Mexico and popular in the southeastern United States.
