Del Pacifico Seafoods announced last week that they have partnered with Chef Andrew Gruel, a sustainable seafood advocate and owner of Calico Fish House. As part of the partnership, Chef Gruel will be showcasing Del Pacifico’s Fair Trade Wild Blue Mexican Shrimp at Calico Fish House, his new restaurant that is set to open this month in Huntington Beach, California.
